If you are
using the Facebook app on Android Smartphone or on iOS.

- Open the app and tap the three horizontal lines icon on the top-right.

- Scroll down and tap Settings & privacy.

-Tap Account settings.

-Tap Apps.

-Tap Platform.

-Tap Edit.

-Tap Turn off Platform.
If you are
using the Facebook website on desktop or in mobile

-Go to Facebook’s app settings page.

-Below Apps, Websites and Plugins, click Edit.

-Now click Disable Platform.

remove all third-party apps from your Facebook profile. Note that this can have
an effect on how you use other apps. Follow these
steps if you access Facebook via a desktop or mobile browser.
If you are
using it on website
1 -Go to Facebook’s app settings page on the
website.
2 -Scroll down to Apps Others Use
3 -Click Edit. Here you can see the true
extent of surveillance on Facebook. Even if you don’t allow apps to use your
information, your friends can unwittingly share your personal data with
third-party apps. This includes information including birthday, family and
relationships, app activity, and even whether you are online.
4 -Uncheck everything and then click Save
